RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a 4-H camp that encourages leadership in youth by recognizing and rewarding sophomore and junior students who are chosen to attend based on their past and present leadership and service activities. Students attend an all-expenses-paid camp where they are inspired by a diverse group of exceptional speakers, make life-long friends through fellowship activities, and discuss the ethical and social issues of today. These activities are conducted in an atmosphere of trust and respect. The result is that students return to their schools and communities motivated to take on additional leadership roles and to find additional ways to serve their community. RYLA's intent is to encourage students to be more effective leaders. This opportunity would look good on resumes and applications for colleges and scholarships.  If you are interested and want an application, please see your counselor in room 213.  Final deadline is March 31, 2018.
